Originally formed in 2009 as a progressive trance focused side project for trance artist Andy Tau, Trilucid has come a long way since then, gaining a new member, Hilton, in 2013, holding a residency for Gallery at the legendary Ministry of Sound in London, and exploring various sounds in the studio, before focusing on progressive house towards the end of 2015. Over the years the pair have released records on Anjuna, Glasgow Underground, Colorize, Perspectives Digital, ZeroThree, Perfecto Records, Proton and more and had support from a huge array of DJs. They've also had their tracks remixed by legends Paul Oakenfold and Mike Koglin as well as Martin Roth, Gai Barone, Dmitry Molosh and Marsh to name a few. Their best tracks are undoubtedly created with friend and collaborator Phil Martyn with whom the continue to work closely on various projects spanning progressive and techno. Their notable recent releases include the deep and melodic Glimmer in the Dark and Illuminant EP on Colorize and a remix of Petar Dundov's Salvation on Proton.
